Puzzle #4: 15x15 Themed

This puzzle's been sitting waiting for me to do something with it for quite a while now, so I decided to put it up on the blog. As always it is available as both a PuzzleMe and a pdf. The passage of time has erased any comments I might have ever had about the grid, unfortunately, so I don't know where this theme idea came from. PDF
